About
Building the future
Being apart of a FIRST Robotics Competition Team teaches students many fundamentals of the workplace & life. Students learn skills & values that will help them for the rest of their lives.
Community Outreach
We work with multiple schools, educational institutions, and local businesses to put on events for our community. This teaches students the value of community and volunteerism.
Programming
Programming is a growing skill that will be more useful as our world becomes more connected to the internet. The skills learned in programming the robot can be used in many jobs.
Web Development
As more and more businesses move online, web development is becoming more and more needed. Students work to create this website.
Problem Solving
All of the aspects of robotics require critical thinking and problem solving. This can be applied to anything you do in life.
Marketing
Social Media is becoming more and more influential everyday. Learning how to use these platforms for marketing is very useful no matter what size of company you are.
Building
Building the robot can be used in many ways. For future jobs in building it is very useful, but even for those who don’t use this skill in their job, it always nice to be able to repair things yourself.
Management
Managing the robotics team and their projects takes lots of time. Students in these positions can learn how to manage time and their team of people.
Design
CAD Programs and Photoshop are used in many professional work environments. Being able to effectively use these helps students get jobs later in life.
And Much More!
Almost every aspect of robotics can be used somewhere in the real-world after students graduate high school.
